Ingredients
- ½ cup khoya
- 3 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 9 measured tsp of Sugar Free Natura for condensed Milk
- 12 measured tsp of Sugar Free Natura for the kheer
- A few threads of Saffron
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 10 cashew nuts
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Method

- Mix saffron strands with 1 tbsp milk. Set aside.
- In a pan, add ghee and roast cashews until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
- In the remaining ghee, add khoya. Roast it on low flame.
- Add milk and let it cook on medium flame.
